Hardee's is basically East coast Carl Jr's now. You can even see the Carl's Jr star throughout the restaurant. I had very fond memories growing up in the South and going to Hardee's, I guess I will never understand why they didn't last. Can I blame Nascar? This location is in a little section of Linthicum that is packed with fast food. It's not a bad option among them, but it is still pretty below par in my mind. I do like that they bring the food to you, and that they have diet Dr. Pepper on tap. The burgers are so-so, and it seems like they are trying their best to buck the healthy menu items that are hitting some of the other fast food joints. My friend insists we go every few months, I usually like the idea, and then afterwards think I shouldn't go there again...but I am sure I'll be back in a few months.

Just one of the many fast food options within the "Hotel District". Good fries, but the burgers aren't what I remember as a kid. Not horrible by any means, but it beats McDonald's or being hungry.

I haven't been to a Hardee's in years. I actually didn't know they still existed. I tried the bacon burger and the seasoned curly fries. The burger was juicy and think and the fries seasoned just right. I liked the chili dog too.

I stopped in this place as I was heading to PA from BWI. For the most part the east coast has McD's, Burger King and Wendy's. It's nice to have a change of pace. In reality Hardee's is pretty much the same as Carl's Jr which makes it different. While the food and atmosphere are pretty standard for a fast food joint, I was impressed with this place for a couple of reasons. One they bring your food over to you when it's ready, which I like as opposed to standing around waiting for them to call out a number. On my visit the manager (Allen) came over and offered me a variety of sauces. It was almost like we had a waiter. As a bonus, they had one of the best soda selection I have ever seen at a fast food joint. I'd like this place better if they had some more healthier options but If you are on your way to or from BWI and spare a few calories....

Used to frequent this place, but no more. The last few times I've been here it was simply awful. The last straw was a couple days ago when I ordered a few sandwiches. It was bad enough I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for them to get me my order. But when I opened the wrapping (I ordered it to go) on one of the sandwiches, it literally fell apart, revealing the meat to be WAY undercooked. Hint--if a meat patty has that much red in it and it's not ketchup, DON'T EAT IT! Needless to say I turned right around and demanded to speak with the manager to let them know. Turned out they were short staffed that day, which I understand in a way. However it's still no excuse for selling undercooked meat. So I will probably skip this location for a while, most likely for good. Which is sad because there aren't too many Hardee's locales around and they have the most creative burgers available. Their Memphis Barbecue Burger is damn good. But this was one slip up too many. Messed up orders, ridiculous wait times, and now this. Unacceptable.

Love Hardees. Glad to find one this far North. The burgers are great. Warning: the food here is not for dieters. Burgers are monsters. Love this place

The service here is very good. The store manager has great customer service skills and is always very pleasant :) Every time I go the place is clean. Not to mention the burgers are AWESOME! Just about all you can ask of a fast food place.

Love their breakfast sandwiches, the biscuits are superb! Stopped here for breakfast one weekend when we were pressed for time. Breakfast Platter with sausage gray, biscuit, bacon, eggs, and hash rounds. Two orders of this plus coffee was around nine dollars and we walked away full, happy, and with a little change in our pocket. The staff here is very nice and the gentleman who took our order (who I believe is the manager) was more than willing to make substitutions to our order to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.

I have been coming to this Hardee's location for several months for breakfast orders prior to arriving at my office. I have no complaints with the service and quality during breakfast. I recently started coming here for lunch and each of my first three visits for lunch have either been incorrect or of poor quality. My first lunch visit was a hamburger with just ketchup, french fries, and a sweet tea. This was my first time ever ordering a lunch from any Hardee's. I was not directed to pick a size of anything, so I just got what they gave me. Further, the drink was a cola, not a sweet tea as I ordered. I figured I would give Hardee's another try for lunch. A few days later, I ordered a 1/2 pound hamburger with just ketchup only and a side of large french fries. Having experienced an incorrect order my previous visit, I decided to inspect the hamburger. The hamburger did not come with just ketchup; it had American style cheese. I circled around the building and was able to get a corrected hamburger. Having a good experience after that error was resolved, and at the recommendation of a co-worker, I decided to try Hardee's a third time, today. This visit prompted me to submit a comment because I have felt that there is a recurring pattern of order accuracy and quality control problem happening during the lunch time hours at this location. I ordered a 1/2 hamburger with just ketchup only on a sourdough bread and a large side of french fries. Having driven back to my office, I discovered that the hamburger had not only ketchup, but mayonnaise, bacon, and raw tomatoes. During all three of these visits my receipt showed the correct order information as I specified it to the drive through attendant, so there is no breakdown in communication between the customer and the attendant; it is happening somewhere else between the attendant and the food preparers/cooks. Secondly, for the amount of money these hamburgers cost, I expect high quality and accurate orders. The quality during my third visit was lacking in that the burger and fries were cold. There should also be a price discount applied to orders when toppings that normally come with a burger are removed at the request of the customer. It does not cost the same to make the burger as it does when there are fewer toppings. Chick-Fil-A gives discounts to customers who request fewer toppings, such as when a customer requests that no cheese be placed on a chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, unless Hardee's can "woo" me back, I don't think I will be returning again.
